Raise a Complaint

Lodging of Complaint

How to file a complaint with us:

  • Kindly fill client name and client code and describe your complaint in detail under “Raise your Complaint” tab.
  • Click on Submit button.
  • You will receive a Ticket Number immediately. Please ensure to note the ticket number for future reference.
  • Our Complaint Center will analyze your complaint and take the appropriate measures in order to resolve your complaint and that the reported situation will not occur at any other time in the future.

How to know the status of complaint:

  • To know the status of complaint, kindly enter your ticket number received at the time of raising complaint under “Track your  Complaint” tab.
  • Click on Submit button.
  • You will get the status of complaint on the screen;
    • Open: Your complaint has been received but work has not yet started
    • In-process: Work has started on your complaint and has been sent to the concerned department.
    • Closed : Your complaint has been resolved. You will get an email and call from the concerned department.
